Who we are

Web Data Extraction Services (WDES) is the dedicated web data extraction division of CP Development doo, a software engineering firm that has been building and operating production scraping and data pipelines since 2013.

We build custom data extraction pipelines for organizations that need structured data from websites and APIs — and need those pipelines to run reliably for years, not weeks. Our clients span healthcare, finance, AI/ML, legal, management consulting, e-commerce, and public-sector industries, with pipeline lifetimes routinely exceeding three years.

How we operate

We are not a self-serve platform or a proxy vendor. Each engagement is scoped, built, and maintained by the engineers who own the pipeline. You get direct access to the people who understand your sources, your schema, and your delivery requirements.

Our infrastructure handles the adversarial realities of production-grade extraction: rotating proxy management, captcha and anti-bot resolution, source-change detection, and automated retry and recovery. Maintenance is included in every retainer — when a source changes, we fix the pipeline without a separate bill.

What we believe

The hardest part of data extraction is not the initial scrape. It is keeping the pipeline running as sources change, anti-bot measures evolve, and data schemas drift. Most extraction projects fail within six months because nobody budgets for this. We do.

We take a small number of engagements and operate them well, rather than scaling to hundreds of low-touch accounts. This means longer client relationships, deeper source expertise, and higher data quality.
